Winter Visit to Gaetan's

 Richard and I love the poutine at the chip truck called Gaetan's in the town of Alexandria (Ont.) on their main drag. After we stand in line on a freezing, snowy day and place our orders...

...we hop into the car, dig in and enjoy our fabulously creamy and hot poutine. I love how the windows fog up. An annual mid-winter treat for sure!
