My sister Marcia sent me a copy of the Jan/Feb 2010 issue of Cooking Light magazine which had a feature on Québec cuisine. One of the things they tackled was a light version of poutine.

We saw the Cooking Light recipe and were appalled that the serving size was so tiny (something like a 1/2 cup of fries!).
So we came up with our own light version . . . it turned out pretty good!
That's a very dainty, pretty poutine!
